The following policy outlines our stance on fees, cancellations, and refunds for any of our educational programs, wellness services, events, or consultancy offerings.
If a student wishes to cancel or withdraw from a course after payment, no refund will be processed.In special cases (such as deferring the course), GHAMC may consider shifting the admission to a later batch, subject to management approval.
All fees paid to GHAMC for course admissions, registration, consultation, certification, or any other related services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal, including personal, medical, or any unforeseen circumstances.
If GHAMC cancels a course or program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, affected students may be offered:A transfer to another similar program OR credit towards future enrollment OR partial refund as per discretion of the council (in rare cases only)
Payment Disputes
In case of duplicate or excess payments, a refund may be processed after verification
and approval, with a written request submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Bank charges or service fees (if any) will be deducted from such refunds.
Final Decision
All decisions regarding fee disputes, batch transfers, or exceptional
refunds are at the sole discretion of the management of GHAMC and shall be considered final.
